Is GenshinAccount Safe and Legit?
Short answer: yes. We have been selling game accounts since 2018 and have completed more than 500,000 orders, first on other gaming marketplaces and, since January 2021, more than 350,000 of them here on our own store, GenshinAccount.com, for over 100,000 customers. Almost half of our customers return to buy again. Here's how we work and what to do if something goes wrong.
Who we are
We started selling accounts for various games across multiple gaming marketplaces in 2018, building a reputation as a top-rated seller with consistently positive feedback. We launched genshinaccount.com in January 2021 to offer more games, faster delivery and dedicated support.
How delivery works

Your account's login details are sent to the email address you entered at checkout.

Most orders arrive within minutes. All orders are delivered within 24 hours of payment.

If you don't see your delivery email, check your spam and promotions folders. Login details come from a different address than your order confirmation.

Every account is created and progressed by hand or using our own tools. We do not obtain accounts through hacking, stolen payments or exploits. However, we cannot guarantee that a game publisher will never restrict or ban an account.
What happens if something is wrong
Once delivered, digital accounts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged simply because you change your mind. If an account doesn't match its listing or the login doesn't work, we'll correct the issue or provide a replacement.
Email help@genshinaccount.com with your order number, a description of the problem and a screenshot. Please don't change the account's email address or password until we've replied.
