Is GenshinAccount Safe and Legit?

Short answer: yes. We have been selling game accounts for many years and have completed more than 500,000 orders, initially through other gaming marketplaces. Since launching our own store, GenshinAccount.com, in January 2021, we have completed over 350,000 orders for more than 100,000 customers. Almost half of our customers return to buy again. Here's how we work and what to do if something goes wrong.

Who we are

We began selling accounts for various games across multiple gaming marketplaces long before launching our own store, building a reputation as a top-rated seller with consistently positive feedback. In January 2021, we launched GenshinAccount.com to offer more games, faster delivery and dedicated support.

How delivery works

• Your account's login details are sent to the email address you enter at checkout.
• Most orders arrive within minutes. All orders are delivered within 24 hours of payment.
• If you don't see your delivery email, check your spam and promotions folders. Login details are sent from a different email address than your order confirmation.

We do not obtain accounts through hacking, stolen payments or exploits. However, we cannot guarantee that a game publisher will never restrict or ban an account.

What happens if something is wrong

Once delivered, digital accounts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged simply because you change your mind. If an account doesn't match its listing or the login details don't work, we'll resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

Email help@genshinaccount.com with your order number, a description of the problem and a screenshot. Please don't change the account's email address or password until we've replied.
