About Us

GenshinAccount is a buyer-focused marketplace for game accounts and other virtual gaming products that improve a player's experience. We have been selling game accounts for many years and have completed more than 500,000 orders, initially through other gaming marketplaces. Since launching our own store, GenshinAccount.com, in January 2021, we have completed over 350,000 orders for more than 100,000 customers, and almost half of them come back to buy again.

The store is run by gamers. We play the games we sell, we know what a good starter account looks like, and we build our range around what players actually want: Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Wuthering Waves, Zenless Zone Zero, Dragon Ball Legends and more than seventy other titles.

The safety of every account we sell is our first priority. Every account is checked before it is delivered. Login details are sent to the email address you enter at checkout, most within minutes and always within 24 hours of payment.

We are committed to low prices, fast delivery, safe transactions and a large selection of quality accounts, and to putting things right when something goes wrong. If an account does not match its listing or the login does not work, we correct it or replace it. Email help@genshinaccount.com with your order number and a real person will answer within 24 hours.

You can read more than 25,000 verified customer reviews on our Customer Reviews page, independent reviews on Trustpilot, and a fuller answer to the question everyone asks on Is GenshinAccount safe and legit?
