The account had the exact character that I wanted with a few extra characters! I was a little skeptical but it has turned out to be great so far. The delivery was almost instant, like not even 2 minutes.
I'm not sure if all accounts are like this but the characters I wanted to use are level 1, while the world level is quite high (level 7) which makes questing, farming, and exploring quite challenging. I'd suggest having an alt, or join friends with lower level worlds to be able to farm the materials you need for the characters you want.
