So the account I wanted was out. I was at work when they communicated this to me. In that email they showed me options on what I could do, or wait until it was back. I didn’t even get to see that email when they said that they upgraded me to another product, that’s the same but with some extras. I am really happy with their service and I appreciate them being so attentive.
