Account took 22 hours to receive after starting a chat which is very long compared to other reviews.

You are given a Outlook account that is tied to the Hoyo account.
Clicking the email will lead to Shopify and from there, you will be led to Keysender where your account details are.

From my experience 3 year ago, this is very different.
Last time they email you directly (No 3rd party Shopify or Keysender) and in the email is Username and Password. You add your own email.

I guess now is better than last time (as Hoyo username CANNOT be changed) but it takes longer and is more complicated.

Also, It's normal to not be able to change Hoyo account email or password for a few days because you're logging in on a new device in a different location.
Wait for a while and you can change the Hoyo account details so that it is fully yours.
