While I would love to give your business the benefit of the doubt, I am very dissatisfied. I ordered two accounts, this one and a Kinich account. Your website says to expect delivery within 24 hours or less, and it took at least two, or three, days to get the Kinich account--and almost an entire week to receive this one. And when I received this account, I could not access it at all as the email was either not connected to the account, or several other factors. It has almost been a full week and I still have not been able to access nor use the account I've bought, and communication with your business has been sporadic, often with me having to initiate it.

I fully understand you must be swamped with orders, and I have ordered accounts from you before and was satisfied then, which is the ONLY reason I am giving this 3 stars instead of the 1 I was originally going to give. With how arduous this situation has been, and how I am still waiting, I am uncertain that I will be ordering from your business in the future.
