I was extremely worried buying to buy an account but I got everything! They sent me an email saying the character wasn't in stock but later they said that my account was being delivered and I eventually got it with the character I wanted thank you:)

If you are reading this then you are about to purchase or already purchased anyways I’ve bought many accounts from here before and had good experience with customer service and support but when I bought an account yesterday logging into it it says to many requests or security issues and now I can’t access it I’ve sent emails and no response the only reason why I’m giving it 5 stars is so people like me who bought or who are going to buy this will know what will happen to them I might have to get a refund need my 30$ that was wasted on getting an account that doesn’t work so If you’re reading this genshinaccout devs please help fix this problem 🫡

The account I ordered immediately went into a security issue. The support team sucks, do not order from here.
