If you are reading this then you are about to purchase or already purchased anyways I’ve bought many accounts from here before and had good experience with customer service and support but when I bought an account yesterday logging into it it says to many requests or security issues and now I can’t access it I’ve sent emails and no response the only reason why I’m giving it 5 stars is so people like me who bought or who are going to buy this will know what will happen to them I might have to get a refund need my 30$ that was wasted on getting an account that doesn’t work so If you’re reading this genshinaccout devs please help fix this problem 🫡

Can’t log into account and I’m not getting a reply. Probably need to charge back on credit card

Had trouble with log in (security issue), emailed the help centre and after a few days, i still have no reply. Would not recommend.

No puedo entrar a la cuenta me dice que lo intente más tarde y encima tardaron 22 horas en enviarme la cuenta para que aun encima tenga que esperar, por el momento esta es mi opinión y cuando pueda entrar haber si mejora un poco, pero muy decepcionado
