Genshin Impact Farmed Banner Starter Account ( Europe )

Purchased the account, waited around 6 hours for them to email me the details, once got everything was perfect, had the account and was going to use the summons and play in the morning, maintenance happened due to Citlalli's rerun banner so I just went to bed, woke up and attempted to log in and the account was banned due to "unlawful activities and use of external plug ins and/or third-party software" I've been purchasing from this website since 2022 and never came across this issue with buying genshin accounts. Emailed to try get any feedback 13 hours later no response. really disappointed.
