At first I wasn't sure about how it would go when I ordered for boothill and unfortunately they didn't have him at the moment but they generously compensated for it and I have no issues really besides the fact it took a bit of time.

i waited a bit before writing this review because it wouldn't let me change the email or password for a bit (all solved by now, it took around 3 days for the hoyoverse site to let me log in). still all was well from the start since they give you the details to the email used and you can always change the password to that one. so there wasn't really any way someone could've ever logged in (honkai asks you for a security code when you log in from a new place)
